Tracey is a passionate coach who’s most compelling traits are the combination of her unprecedented stand for her client’s compelling future and her unwavering commitment to the rigor and results that generate a life beyond limits. Tracey is truly committed to the standard and competencies of coaching at the highest level. Her clients consistently generate reliable results that are testament to her coaching skills and heart-filled impact.
Her fascination with coaching began while operating her family owned legal research company. Tracey realized that empowering employees, encouraging innovation, and talking and listening to clients were the important ingredients in business success. She developed a vision for the 2nd generation business and then implemented a plan to cultivate a work environment in which employee autonomy and empowerment became the norm.
Seizing an opportunity to expand her skills and experience, Tracey spent several years in California where she completed many courses focused on developing individual and organizational effectiveness and communication.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Tracey holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and graduated with honours. She completed her Coach Training through Accomplishment Coaching’s rigorous year long International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training Program. Currently, Tracey is pursuing her Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Upon graduation from Accomplishment Coaching Tracey was retained as a Facilitator & Trainer of the work and held leadership roles in San Diego and Seattle. Recently this role has taken her to Kuala Lumpur where she leads and trains new coaches in the first International Coach Training Program launched by Accomplishment Coaching.
In addition, she is an active member of the Vancouver Island Coaches Association and currently holds the board position of Treasurer.
VOLUNTEER ROLES
Tracey believes in giving back to her community. She is a volunteer with the South Island Dispute Resolution Centre Society and in past years supported the delivery of the Peacemakers Program introducing Grades 3-5 to conflict management, communication and anger awareness.
INTERESTS
Tracey has always been an avid athlete participating in all manner of sport since childhood. She just completed the Nike Women’s Marathon in San Francisco and in recent years was a Ladies Open Squash Player competing in many local tournaments.
In addition, Tracey enjoys reading, hiking and travelling. Her adventures have taken her to over 23 countries with more on the list.
